I was looking for an agent with experience transacting 1031 Exchanges. A good friend referred me to Charlene who turned out to be the perfect fit as she also has expertise with investment properties in the Bay Area. We met and started our search back in Nov 2019. While I had ideas about the neighborhoods I’d be interested in, I looked to Charlene to help define and narrow down to the best fit for my criteria based on location, product, price, and ROI. With the timing requirements to successfully execute 1031 Exchange, we needed to be laser focused about what to target. I was also interested in a few neighborhood’s outside of her area, so Charlene referred me to a few other agents who specialized in those specific neighborhoods.
